Project Manager
A real-time credit scoring platform for SMEs that leverages Open Banking data to assess financial health and deliver dynamic, compliant credit insights to lenders. As Project Manager, I served as the primary liaison between clients and distributed teams across the UK, EU, and India, managed Microsoft Azure DevOps boards to align user stories with client requirements, coordinated team onboarding and resource allocation, conducted manual testing and UAT, and oversaw post-release bug tracking to ensure high-quality deliveries.
Deception & Truth Analysis (D.A.T.A.)

An AI-based text analysis platform that identifies deceptive language in financial disclosures and communications, enabling fast and accurate assessments for due-diligence professionals. As Project Manager, I led the end-to-end delivery across globally distributed teams in the US, UK, EU, and India, aligned client expectations with sprint outcomes through structured DevOps workflows, managed team coordination and HR responsibilities, conducted UAT to validate feature readiness, and oversaw bug tracking and resolution to ensure timely, high-quality releases.

As Project Manager, I coordinated delivery between clients and globally distributed development teams, managed the DevOps backlog and iterative refinements, handled resource allocation and HR coordination across time zones, conducted manual testing and UAT, and oversaw issue tracking to ensure timely, high-quality releases.
